The Good News:
I've found an apartment

The Bad News:
It's only for 3 months.

My search for an apartment led me to this quite big,
roomy and furnished flat right near the center of Neuköln, Berlin (where else?).
There I met a nice tenant, with whom I made a deal.
Since the entire building is in the process of being sold
to a new company, and that company wants to renovate..
I will have to leave the apartment as well in a couple of months.
However, there is a slight chance I might get the apartment
if we can set up a meeting with the new owners and explain
to them the situation.
Mostly, it doesn't really matter, because the fact is:
I have an apartment for 3 months, that's a lot time.
I can do a German course which is about 1 month,
and I can look for another apartment in the meanwhile.

All is good in the land of Wurst.
