Shake 2
Today's shake turned out a little heavy.
I think I should've put a little more soy milk and a little less dates.
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
1 Apple (pretty large)
1 Pear
5-6 Dates (one of the most delicious fruits of all time)
A small piece of Ginger
A cup of soy milk
A vitamin D tablet (not a must, but why not).
Verdict:
7/10
Tastes very good, but just too damn thick,
It's all about proportions..
